「If you love: * being told “I will consult my colleague” from the apartment management team when you call (6 times over an 18 hour period) about a sub-par apartment only to have absolutely NOTHING done to remedy the problems… * booking a place for 4 people to sleep and having no bedding for the second bed/couch AT ALL… * having dirty used bedding for the actual bed that you must wash (after you buy laundry detergent)… * having no TOILET PAPER (Seriously?!?)… * and no towels… * and NO HOT...
