「This unit's selling point is its location directly on the beach. The beach is private, and no one ever goes to the beach. The shore is vert rocky and the water rough, not really swimmable but beautiful to look at from the unit's balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers, and beach accessories at the unit for you to use. The location was easy to find, literally around the corner from Mar Chiquita, and while a little off the beaten path, it was worth it for the quiet, relaxing, and secure area. We felt very safe. 「This place was amazing for my family of 5. The host is always available and so friendly! The villa was stunning. So clean and with nice furniture. They had lots of beach towels and chairs and pool toys available too! It felt safe and homey. I would absolutely recommend for your family and we will be coming back! 」

「Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR.」

「The property has the most incredible view. The beds were comfortable and Elizabeth, property manager, is so sweet and helpful. Yhe beach is really clean and hardly anyone on it. Plenty of kitchen needs and coffee was provided as well. Cooler and beach chairs were a bonus. Some wishes: more curtains in master bedroom, very bright; hand rails for older adults in the pool, and a walk way to the beach as it was hard on the feet because sand had rocks and other debris. 」

There is plenty of room, plenty to cook with and an amazing pool and spa to chill in. Hanging out with friends & family outside is so easy and comfortable.
