Good rooms except that some of them are owner apartments and it is not stated on the booking. The owner apt I’m in is not as clean and maintained as the actual hotel room I was in.

This property had great rooms, large and lovely good size bed. Also the curtains were total blockout. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff service was good, but not much english speaking staff, but friendly all the same. Would recommend.

They tried to charge me for having a guest, a schoolar friend, that came to chat within the hotel dependencies . It was said that I could only have my friend for one hour. Horrorizes were felt, totally unpleasant, it is not a “real” Mercure. The staff are hostile. Not getting back while on Manaus.

Água fria para o banho

Quero expressar nossa insatisfação com a hospedagem no Hotel Mercure Manaus durante o período de 11 a 15/05/2024. Durante a estadia, enfrentamos problemas significativos que afetaram negativamente nossa experiência. No primeiro dia, o Sr. Erasmo Vieira, hospedado no apartamento 801, não teve acesso à água quente. Este inconveniente persistiu até o dia 14/05, quando fui transferido para o apartamento 505, que felizmente tinha água quente disponível. No apartamento 505 o problema foi o barulho do aparelho de ar condicionado. O Sr. Marcos Knosel ficou 3 dias sem água quente, sendo transferido para o apartamento 106 no dia 13/05. Essa falta de água quente tornou extremamente difícil para nós tomar banho, tanto pela manhã quanto à noite, o que é essencial para nossas rotinas diárias, especialmente considerando a natureza do nosso trabalho. Como palestrante e diretor, é imperativo que mantenhamos uma aparência profissional e bem cuidada em todas as circunstâncias. Escolhemos o Hotel Mercure Manaus principalmente pela sua localização conveniente em relação ao nosso escritório de trabalho e esperávamos uma estadia confortável e sem problemas. Dada a inconveniência enfrentada durante nossa estadia, solicitamos gentilmente uma compensação adequada pela rede Accor, seja na forma de desconto em futuras reservas ou outra forma de compensação que julguem apropriada.

Não vale o preço que cobra

Atendimento da recepção no check in foi péssimo, deveria se chamar decepção. Parecia que que estava pedindo esmola no hotel. As instalações são mais ou menos não tem nada que justifique o preço da estadia. O estacionamento engana, na descrição do hotel fala disponível mas não relata que é pago e é caro, divide o estacionamento com quem mora no hotel. O café manhã é ruim e os funcionários parecem que estão em trabalho escravo, me senti ate mal em está tomando café lá. Com certeza não volto. A única coisa que valeu a pena foi a localização.

Atendimentos atenção de todos os funcionários foi excelente em especial a Marília do front desk . Local próximo a shopping com várias opções de alimentação. Café da manhã “justo”. 4 andar pouco barulhento pois janelas não são anti ruído. Quarto limpo diariamente, recomendo e voltarei.
