Worst holiday experience, and it was not only us but also many others had the same issue, Turkey turkey turkey every single day, food timings are very bad, Same food almost everyday, Dont waste your money

Not all the staff are friendly

Room was clean when we started our stay but after that they stopped cleaning it until we ask for it. Some staff were very welcoming and professional especially the night ones but the morning the lady in the reception wasn't that good. The swimming pool was good the entertainment team were doing their best and we liked it. The food could definitely be better. The beach should have been groomed to remove the nettles and maintain the volleyball area.

Bed is not comfortable , there was no shampoo, soap in room. Receptionist is not willing to help you when you ask something. Pool is fine, and there is free service from hotel to the beach

Bir otelden ne beklediğinize göre bu otel tercih edilebilir. Lüks bekliyorsanız bu otel size göre değil. Oda, yemekler, havuz ortalama sayılır. Otelin en büyük özelliği fiyatının uygunluğu ve çalışanlarının güler yüzlü oluşu. İstisnasız her çalışan özellikle Türklere karşı çok ilgili. En büyük eksiği ise denize gitmek için servis kullanmanız gerekiyor. Oteldeki müşterilerinin büyük çoğunluğu çocuklu ailelerdi. Bu yüzden çocuklu aileler için uygun bir otel. Sonuç olarak fiyat/performans olarak düşünülürse bu otel tercih edilebilir.

ufak tefek eksikler olmasına rağmen personelin müşteriyi memnun etme çabası otelin her yere ulaşım kolaylığındaki konumu her zevke ve damak tadına hitap edecek derecede mutfak ve ikram zenginliği odaların konforu harika denebilecek kadar iyi.
