「Took my son, his friends, and their dads up for a four wheeler trip. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. The hot tub was nice too after a long day of riding. I highly recommend this place for anyone just looking to get away or if you like to ride ATVs/ORVs and/or snowmobiles. Trail access is just a couple of minutes from the property and they lead to pretty much anywhere you want to go in Northern Michigan.」

「a great stay with some minor issues.The house we stayed at was beautiful and clean plus well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, clean bedding and toilet paper/paper towels and other products. Any and all complaints were communicated to Adam and dealt with in a timely manner. As the owner he was quick to respond and eager to accommodate to any and all needs. My family was very happy with the over-all stay and we will definitely be back at some point when it's warmer out.」

The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing our meals when we didn't go to Gaylord for supper. It was a nice comfortable place to relax at after we spent the day cross country skiing and hiking. The game room was a hit with the younger people in the group, but we all appreciated the 4 full bathrooms since we had everyone getting ready at the same time for our nephew’s wedding. 「Selfishly I don't want to give a good review so it is available for us whenever we want it. Two hours after we got there a huge storm came through and knocked the power out. They were very responsive and kept us up to date when the power was going to be back on. We were very appreciative of that.」

「This house is so cozy and inviting. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The renovations and new carpet look great! The updated deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time on the deck! The house was well stocked, the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were soft. There were a few cobwebs but given the time of year and the location we figure there has not been much traffic through the house recently so it was not a concern at all we just wiped them away if...

「This was a great place for my husband and me. It was super quiet, being the off season, and the little patio off the bedroom was nice for watching birds and listening to frogs in the pond. The kitchenette was just right for our needs. We like to go into Bellaire to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich at Ruthann’s or get a meal at Short’s or The Corner Bistro. 「It’s our 3rd year at this cozy cottage. Our family absolutely loves it. Location is great for the trail riding. Kids love kayaking right on the lake. The bar next door is great for pizza. It’s exactly what we look for for our fall break weekend.」
