「The hotel is very run down, the room we were allocated had curtains that were hanging of the rail, this was changed to a smaller room once I complained but then had no hand towels. The following morning the cleaners left one hand towel but did not clean or make the bed/ wash the cups, Tea/coffee was provided in the room but only small cups, a mug would have been better, Breakfast was not the best, my husband’s was cold toast with scrambled egg and we were served a half cup of coffee.
