A special shoutout to Willy, Diego, Gary and Alejandro for talking such great care of us! The room was very large and the pool and beach area was perfect for lounging. The 24/7 security made us feel at ease and they even helped us when we were being overcharged by a vendor on the beach."

"Beautiful property Helpful staff Comfortable bed Music until 2am is asking a lot of the average guest. If you don’t want to participate then it’s an annoyance and assumes all guests want this, espaxillay as majority of rooms face the bar. Perhaps midnight would be a better balance for all guests. WiFi was not sufficient in the cylinder rooms - couldn’t take calls over WiFi and there isn’t another space, without music, to do this."

"There was an issue with my booking when I arrived. When the staff couldn't help me, they contacted the owner who quickly arrived from another location to help. She was able to find the issue. Due to confusion they didn't have a room available but she was very nice to help me find another hotel she took me to a number of them that I was able to look around and find one that I liked. And she took care of everything. Although I didn't stay in the place I did take a look at the amenities it's a very nice place and I highly recommend it I will definitely stay there again in the future."
