I stayed a total of 23 days & I definitely had a wonderful stay! Anjoe, Kim, Sweet, Duane, Philip were the best people! Very knowledgeable, accommodating, & made my stay even more memorable &,comfortable. Housekeeping in my floor headed by Gina were excellent! The guards & all the staff are just doing their jobs! The property-looks brand new, well maintained, & guest room is very nice-service are topnotch can beat several luxurious hotel in the US. Well-staffed property, can get help quick if needed. Warm, pleasant, friendly, wonderful, very eager to provide service in anyway possible with smile. The security guards who check the in & out transport with written logs, greeted at the door & open it. Front desks who answer questions to everything, dining staff who make sure the cup of hot coffee never empty or cold, willing to ne a chat buddy or if needed. The buffet is amazing, small portions with constant refills esp for hot food. The papaya is ripened to perfection, the sweetest & most delicious I ve tasted for a very very long time.

I’ve stayed at many hotels in different countries and this one definitely set a new benchmark for me. The customer service was above and beyond, especially Lea who was incredibly helpful from before I even checked in. The room was very nice and clean. Pool and gym area were nice. Breakfast was actually amazing. Very nice hotel but the customer service here is what really shines. 10/10 would recommend and come back next time I am in the Philippines
