"Airport shuttle was excellent (to and from hotel) and the restaurant was very good for dinner, with reasonable prices, and the free breakfast was also a great bonus. Staff were outstanding! I totally recommend this hotel for an overnight stay near the airport but probably only for 1 or 2 nights because there isn't many stores, restaurants or services in the area. I will definitely stay here next time I fly from MXP (Malpensa Airport)."

"I would recommend staying at a hotel closer to the airport. Even though this hotel says it is not far from the airport, a taxi costs around €50, and if you are traveling alone, the shuttle back to the airport can cost around €40–45. With those transfer costs, you can find a hotel much closer to the airport and avoid the stress. Our stay was extremely strange and stressful. When we arrived, the lady at reception told us that there would be no taxi or shuttle available in the morning to take us back to the airport. Even the taxi driver who brought us from the airport had told us the same thing. We became very worried because we had a flight to catch and absolutely did not want to risk missing it. Because of this, we decided to go back to the airport and look for another hotel. Unfortunately, all the nearby hotels were fully booked, so we had no choice but to return to this hotel. Thankfully, when we came back, there was another gentleman at reception who was extremely helpful and managed to arrange everything for us. In the morning, the shuttle was indeed waiting for us, and we made it to the airport without any problems. So, while everything worked out in the end, the experience was unnecessarily stressful. The conflicting information from the staff was the biggest issue. If you stay here, I would strongly recommend confirming your airport transfer in advance and getting clear confirmation from the hotel."

Less than 10 minutes from MXP airport (navigating on your own is challenging: my Google Maps gave me the wrong directions and sent me off-route disproportionately!)."

"Had a wonderful stay. Staff was extremely helpful to this country boy as they spoke English. Breakfast was nice and our room was extremely clean. Located in a residential area so I’m guessing that’s why it’s so affordable which is what I was looking for. Another nice thing was that they have an underground parking garage. And for a food hint, walk down the street to the right for two minutes to Mastropizza and enjoy time with the locals and a great pizza. Would stay again."
