It is located just two blocks from Manhattan City Park, swimming pool and playground and 3 block from Aggieville. The home features beautifully preserved hardwood floors and an original staircase that add to its classic appeal. Large windows throughout the house invite abundant natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The front porch, complete with a cozy swing, offers a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the serene neighborhood. Inside, the main floor boasts a spacious king bedroom, a full bath, and a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find a second king bedroom and a delightful children's room with two twin beds, complete with a cozy tent filled with books and toys—perfect for little ones to explore and enjoy.

This house is located in the heart of Manhattan and makes it easy to get anywhere in a short period of time. Quiet neighborhood and the house was perfect for our needs.

This property was PERFECT. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. The location was great for quick access to restaurants and attractions. The best part was the things in the home for the kiddos to do (games, toys, etc.). They spent hours playing the board games and "camping" in the tent. It made packing as a Mama so much nicer!

We had a great stay over the holiday. Location is great, close to everything! The house had everything you needed, plus more! Host was very communicative and responded almost immediately to any message. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Overall a great stay!
