"As we were traveling through Europe by car, we booked this stay last minute. The house was excellent and in a great location so we decided to stay another night. The price for the place is excellent. The local food is great, and there is plenty of history to learn. My son even caught trout from the Ourthe, and there is a very nice angling shop in town. We hope to return with more of the family. I highly recommend this booking."

The property includes a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Our host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our messages. "Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."

"Wat een heerlijk huis en fijne plek. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en het ontbreekt aan niets. Groot grasveld, volledig omheind. Je loopt de straat uit zo het bos in, en er is van alles te doen in de omgeving. De kamers zijn schoon, de bedden zijn wat smal, maar liggen heerlijk. We waren hier voor de tweede keer, en komen zeker nog eens terug."
