「The house itself is very beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The location right in the center and close to the sea is excellent. However, first and foremost, the cleanliness in the house. Plates and glasses were sticky and sometimes dirty. When emptying the trash cans, we noticed that the trash can in the upper bathroom still contained trash from the previous guests, which had simply been left under the new trash bag. In the garden, disposable gloves were lying on the ground, and the...

Sonst alles okay!」

「Peaceful evenings by the warm fireplace made relaxing simple here. The rooms felt large and inviting.」

「Pictures don’t do this beautiful location justice. The proximity to the city center, available amenities in the home, available benches near the canal, allow you to experience the quiet rhythm of this historic city. Bagel shop nearby is amazing. My family and I had a great experience exploring Brugge and Ghent and having this location as a home base greatly contributed to the experience. Thank you Rhonda and Fernand!」

「We picked up the keys easily and was told that we would have to use a carpark nearby which was fine. We got to the apartment and thought we were in the wrong place. We opened the front door, it was dark and dirty and the hall was full of tables and chairs stacked on top of each other. We went back out to make sure we were in the right place. Going back in, we had to climb 70 steps which were winding, steep, very narrow and really dark. Some were broken to the point where the steps were very...

「The description is totally inaccurate. Critical for me was parking; I was specifically looking for properties with parking. The description said it was included, so I was willing to pay a premium for the stay. Turns out, it isn't, and I had to fork out another 60 EUR for parking at the nearest parking garage, which was 10 min walk from the property. The management office where I got the keys is about 15 min drive from the property itself. The bedsheets were dirty. Only a single towel was made...
