「The chalet was ready when we arrived, clean, orderly, towels and linens, etc. I had reserved and paid online, and the security people at the gate had not been informed, but a manager soon arrived and all was sorted out without any problem or substantial delay.」

「A contact number was given for arrival.When number was called it didnt exist but after 1 and a half hours we send a message to the number and there was a immediate response from the property manager from another number and we were directed. Was confusing as for the original contact number could not be phoned. Also the main bedrooms aircon was not working. The rest was perfect.」

「It was a good time, the facilities are good and we had a warm welcome. But the directions and pin location give was wrong, we had a rough time to get to house. 」
