“The property is a 5 minute walk from the train station which was great. It is also located in the heart of old Annecy. Close to restaurants, the canals, the market, etc. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean. Lots of amenities included.
Important note that if you have accessibility issues it would be fairly difficult for you to stay here. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator. There are also no lights in the staircases. Wasn’t a big issue for us but may be for others.

“Pros: We were glad to have the baby bed and roll-away bed for the children. We also really liked the self-serve wine selection (even though we didn't use any) and thought it was very reasonably priced.
Cons: We were happy with the place we rented but not with the online platform (Bookiply, VRBO, Holidu?) we booked it through. Modifying a booking is a mess, and Holidu also asked for a 1500 Euro deposit that the owner did not want or need. And what is the platform anyway? Is it Bookiply,……
