62 SQM = 1 Master BR, 1 Regular BR, 1 Bath, Living room, Kitchen and Balcony. The condo can accommodates up to 5 people free of charge, check in/out also flexible. (UTILITIES, CABLE TV, and BROADBAND INTERNET are INCLUDED)

25 to 30 minutes away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport without traffic. This condo is 5 to 8 minutes drive from SM Hyper Market Sucat and the Local Markets.

Parking information:
First 3 hours 25.00 php
Succeeding hours 10.00 php
Overnight 10 pm - 8 am 150.00 php

Gym:
Entrance fee 56 php (Open Monday-Sunday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.)

NOTE1: (GOOD TO KNOW) Deposit is not added from guest total amount of booking. Deposit is only taken out from guest credit/debit card, if the host file a complain to Airbnb for lost or damage furniture after checking out.

NOTE2: Please do not send me your email or phone number when you are just inquiring because Airbnb is blocking it due to side transaction. The only way I will see your email or phone number is when you book the condo.

NOTE3: Since booking is flexible, please send me an email of your arrival time after booking so my cousin is informed of what time she will be at the condo to hand you the keys.

NOTE4: Swimming pool rules: Swimming pool is not FREE, guest must pay 112 per person. It is closed every Monday for cleaning and only OWNERS are allowed to use it every Saturday and Sunday.

Enjoyed the stay

Enjoyed the stay though the unit is quite small. The street side location results in a lot of traffic noise and absolutely no scenic view.
