Room definitely felt clean & spacious. Staff was friendly & accommodating. Check in/out was easy! The only problem I encountered, I found cockroaches on their backs throughout my stay (Dec. 28-30, ‘25) throughout the room and one roach was actually crawling on the window.

location by the SM megamall makes this hotel superb. The room is average with very nice staffs especially the housekeeping team! My only complaint is the cockroach infestation. Although they just had intensive pest control, I still see some small roaches mostly in the kitchen and bathroom. Overall, this hotel is still ok for me due to good location and nice staffs

The front desk agents are excellent. Room is clean but you need to daily request for it. Housekeeper staffs has to be told what to do on a daily basis that I need to write them a note. Bellboy team are helpful. Hotel location are convenient to a mall.

Across the street from Mega Mall so good location. Nice large room. English channel tv. The bad, some roaches, hot water runs out, soft lumpy mattress. Would stay again for location and good price.

Staffs are very accommodating and there are a number of establishments like laundry, hair and nail salon, spa, coffee shop within the building which is very convenient and not to mention its just across a mall. Just needs updating in the room.

The location is nice because it is directly across the street from SM Mega Mall. The lagoon pool was nice for our daughter to spend some time in. We were able to cook our own meals (you have to request cookware). Only real downfalls were that parking was paid (300 php/night) and there were some cockroaches in apartment. Staff was pleasant and accommodating to our requests.

Location is great but the room needs more fixing. Drawers with broken handles… I’ve seen cockroaches inside the room. Hate to say this but it’s good to have free breakfast but my wife was disgusted seeing a small cockroach in the salad section inside the cucumber bowl.

This was probably one of the lowest quality places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms were dirty. The staff didn’t care. They were very rude. Imagine waking up and cockroaches fall out out of your pajamas. Tried two different rooms both were infested with cockroaches and dirty. You had about one minute of hot water then it went cold in both rooms. There’s definitely a lot better hotels.

The room was a cockroach hotel. The bed was very hard. Then another point about the bed that one corner sticks out further than the other. I was walking back from the bathroom and hit the corner of the bed and broke my little toe. The elevators had a mind of their own. I saw the elevators go past me several times.
