The property was in a good location for the activities I was doing. A lot of updates to the rooms have been made which are nice. The door needed a seal around it and the blinds could use a good dusting. I would stay there again.

Awesome staff. Both at hotel and restaurant. Clean rooms conveniently located near Flaming Gorge. Don’t under estimate the small AC, that little unit will freeze you out. Adjust accordingly. Everything worked out well. It was a great place to stay after a long day on the lake. We will stay there again!

There was mud on the top of the bed, and the toilet didn't flush well. Luckily AC worked along with having clean towels and the inside of the bed looked good enough. It was cheap so wasn't expecting world class but at least get the mud off the bed and make sure toilet can flush well lol.
Solid stay though- would probably stay again for the price
