We never got to check in because one was there . It was someone apartment and not a suite. It was a scam to make money off of travels. Even the securiry guard of thr complex didnt know anytjing about it. It eas post breakfast included, but was that to be held

Bad place

We did not had the room we booked. Only 1 double bed and 1 small 1 person sofa bed. We have 3 kids... So problems to sleep. And no solution given. We booked for a room for 2 adults and 3 children but we only could sleep 3! We booked for WiFi but there wasn't! We booked hot shower but there wasn't! The room wasn't clean. The bathroom was filthy and kitchen was not equipped and not clean.

The payed room was already sold.

I payed for the room, but on arrival we found out that the room was already full. Spent hours at the gate waiting for response. Not good customer service.
