The location is very convenient. It is right across from SM Southmall. The bathrooms are not designed well. The standard room shower area has no curtains or barrier and the floor gets flooded. The suite room bathrooms tubs are elevated and makes it difficult and unsafe to get in and out. The bathroom tubs also do not drain well and makes it difficult for guests to take showers after another person just finished taking a shower.

Will the service was very good specially the people in reception. My concern is there bed was not comfortable and also the bed sheet and blanket are all old and grayish.. Towels are not good and its very old as well

Well the room is comfortable to sleep ,with Television to kill your boredom,the toilet and bathroom is clean,free breakfast served in the morning is delicious with free 2 bottles of mineral water a day as a complimentary of the hotel to their client,choices of room service food delivered in the room according to their availability,.The only problem is the internet connection is very slow,access to call outside with the landline is accessible.Staff are friendly and accommodating,i highly recommend Eurotel to my friends.,i enjoyed my stay .

front desk personnel were very helpful, the room attendants don't want to help the guest, the floor was dirty, the shower area is too dark, one of the light bulb when you enter the room is not working, the wall has a nasty looks, smelly drains .
