Luxury Oasis in Century City / Makati

This is a large cut full one-bedroom apartment, in a new building, with a stylish interior and all the comforts! It is in a great location in Makati, with access to reach all the most attractive places of the city easily and quickly. You have a large size living / dining room with open kitchen, and a bedroom with some working space.

Your home is located in the Century City area of Makati – just a stone’s throw from the heart of Poblacion which features many interesting dining and nightlife spots.

This apartment is the equivalent of a premium suite room in a 5* hotel – and on top you have extra space, a full kitchen, dining space to have guests over; through it’s large windows, you can enjoy a great view of the bustling street below.

The sun comes for a brief visit mid morning and shines into the rooms in the afternoon. For the rest of the day, the outside brightness comes in without direct sunlight, so it is naturally cooler.

The main room has a spacious sofa and 65” Smart TV – ideal to spend hours (or a whole day) relaxing. There is a dining table large enough to accommodate 4 so have some friends over. We have modern art on the walls, for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there are always some basic ingredients for you in the shelves. You will find a stove, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle and cooking utensils, to cater for any meal you’d like to prepare yourself. Coffee is best fresh out of our Nespresso machine. Also in the kitchen you will find the washing machine (which has a drying function too). NOTE: The washing machine currently (december 2022) is out for repair.

A dedicated work desk is in a perfect spot to have natural light, as well as a great Video-conference background. We have fast fiber-optic internet for you. The unit has a balcony all along the front, for you to enjoy outside fresh air in the privacy of your place.

And at the end of the day, the bedroom houses a spacious and cozy queen-size bed with top quality linens and LOTS of pillows to help you to a refreshing nights rest.

You have the entire apartment as your private space. The amenities are open to use by Guests (swimming pool, gym and spa) Just need to scan the QR code located at the door of each amenities, prior to using it. Parking is included in the rental rate and provides direct unit access through the elevator. Please register the car before parking to avoid inconvenience. Car details like car registration are the requirements.

While the place sleeps 2 people, it is a great place to invite another couple of friends to share a meal or enjoy a movie. The bathroom has doors to both the bed- and living room which is great for hosting while keeping a lot of privacy.

Before booking my place: Vaccination cards or certificate, Valid ID and a photo of the guest/s are the requirements of the building.

I have created this luxury oasis for my guests to enjoy. I am excited to host travelers from around the country (and now – again – the world!). This is a great find for 5-7 days or for longer, and a true alternative to anonymous, boring hotel rooms. Contact me soon to confirm your booking.

I have a baby crib available on request for this unit. If you need one, please ask (early) as it is on a first-come basis shared among all my listings. It is a co-sleeper suitable for 10 months / 10 kg.
