Amazing in Manila

Very helpful and friendly staff. I traveled during the corona virus lock down in Manila, and the staff was very helpful with my concerns with where to get food and necessities.

ホテル近くにコンビニとスーパーがあり、徒歩5分ほどでショッピングモールもあるため買い物には便利でした。 リザール公園やイントラムロスに徒歩で行けるため、場所は良いと思います。 シャワーのお湯はぬるく、水圧も弱めでした。鍵のかけ方もキーを回すだけでは掛からず、ホテルスタッフに教えてもらいました。

WIFIは受付の方につないで頂きました。ＴＶもＳＫＹケーブルがつながれ満足しました。
ホテル正面、右にミニストップ（コン��ビニ）があります。そのとなりがスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。
洗面バスタブ付トイレユニットです。シャンプー、ハブラシ、磨き粉、石鹸ついています。
部屋は広くも、狭くもないです。
ドア前で小型冷蔵庫がカウンター下にありました。

Accueil moyen, nous avons dû attendre 4h car l’heure du d’arrivée était fixe, avec deux enfants en bas âge (1 et 5 ans), pour motif que la chambre n’était pas prête. A l’arrivée dans la chambre : état de propreté précaire, avec miettes sur le cadre de lit, poussière par ci par là, s’il pas clean... Et rencontre avec de multiples cafards le soir venu. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

I was cheated out of my money by this hotel. The Expedia app had a glitch and it double-booked my room and they told us so but they told us they would not refund the extra room that was booked buy expedia's malfunction. Even after Expedia contacted them they said they would refund the money but they never did and now Expedia cannot get a hold of them. They are very dishonest and you should never stay here unless you want the same treatment. I would expect that Expedia would give me the refund anyways since it was their websites malfunction and they are supposed to represent me as their customer but I have called them a number of times now and spent over five hours on the phone waiting and still I have gotten nowhere. At this point I realized that Expedia and this hotel have work together to cheat me out of my money. Very dishonest
