I wasn’t able to check in because the front desk said I had to contact the owner to check in. I attempted to contact the owner but never got a response. I had to go and get a room at another hotel. Very disappointed that I have $373 away. Now I understand why they don’t do refunds. They are a scam

The owner of the property charged us DOUBLE to use the swimming pool as opposed to other guests !!! also everything with him had to be CASH he would not let me do a bank transfer ??? so he is avoiding paying tax on his income ! is this something Shell condoms ? i will inform the relevant TAX Authority to investigate this ! furniture kept falling apart ie the pull out bed ? and also the property was very very dirty, we will never RETURN !!

experience. We thought we were booking with a hotel but this turned out to be something like an Airbnb with a private group that’s renting out some condos. We notified them that our plane was arriving at 2 am and that we will need to check in around that time a month before our arrival. They didn’t communicate that they’re an Airbnb and there’s not a front desk to let us in at night. On their booklet they said that they would clean the rooms every day - but it never got cleaned the whole time we stayed there. There wasn’t enough blankets for everyone. The ac was only in one room so one room was always cold and the other room was hot. The service was also horrible. I do not recommend this place. It tarnished my view of Hotels.com to allow such an establishment. We complained to the building staff and they had told us that they get complaints about them all the time. They said that they are supposed to be there between 3pm - 6pm but sometimes they don’t show up so the guests who are arriving are left stranded and the building security is having to deal with them. HORRIBLE! And the rooms are not good. There are other places to stay that are much much nicer at half the cost!

Confusion about our stay. The front desk have no idea where our rooms are. We had to call the owner of the unit to verify where we are suppose to stay. Guest cannot use the pool unless you have permission from the unit owner. Our second room is better than the first one. Place is good for one night stay only mostly for business trip. Wi-Fi is slow. May not go back there. No instruction on where to throw the garbage or if there is someone to pick them up.

We wanted to spend last few nights in a nice place where we could cook own food have a bit more room and 2 big beds and be close to the mall. We did not get 2 king beds cooking in the kitchen was not allowed only allowed to use microwave oven and kettle cupboards were broken and dirty and wired closed. We had a list of all channels to watch on tv but could not watch them because they had not paid for sky subscription so only had 2 local channels on tv to watch in tagalog. Shower was absolutely useless and the one thing i was looking for to after being in provinces. Pool was not free to use and dirty. The mall was to far to walk to all the time with 2 small children so ended up using taxi a lot wich we did not want to do. Check in time is 3pm and in the room rules they state that it is a first ones to check in get there rooms they booked. We would not recommend this place to anyone better off staying in a hotel somewhere else very disappointing and confusing place.

It’s a basic accommodation.

It’s a mixed review. Realised that this is not a luxury location, these are private apartments that are rented out. Therefore what you get depends on the individual owners. We had two rooms, one basic the other good quality. Before you arrive you need to call the agents to let them know you are on the way. This way they can meet you in reception. We had a problem that after a 14 hour flight we missed the messages so agents knocked on door at 11pm for deposit. Also make it very clear if you have a morning flight to catch as they have to check the room to return the cash deposit. We booked rooms with a sofa bed. You have to ask for the extra bedding. It may sound like a total moan. But we got what we paid for and are happy.

Deposit scam

We were transfered to another premises, not similar to what I booked. I supposed to have like a sofa bed on the original booking but the other one got none so I have to pay extra 600 pesos for that. Then during check out, the staff wont refund me my 1,000 pesos deposit money as she found a very old looking cigarrete butts by the window/ where the airconditioned place outside. We never smoke nor my friends in our entire life. I guessed that's their scam to get all the deposit withold from their customer! Very disappointed on this one!!

Condotel nightmare

Cockroaches, cockroaches. No extra key available. No cleaning everyday, must pay extra. No concierge, problematic wi-if. Had to buy own toilet paper. Expedia please inspect what you put out there. You risk your name and reputation. No more condotel for us in the future. Stick to known and reliable hotel chains. Always consider place to stay.. learned the hard way that your hotel should be major consideration when vacationing.

El sitio es bueno pero con sorpresa...

El residence es nuevo, no se puede decir nada malo. Lo que no me ha gustado es que ellos te piden dinero extra por la limpieza... Mi reserva era por dos noches y me pidieron mas o meno 40 euro por la limpieza pero en Filipinas una persona te limpia una habitacion con 2-3 euros... yo he discutido con ellos entonces me pidieron 18 euros. No es por el dinero es que me gusta pagar todo antes de salir de mi pais, Italia y llegar en el sitio con mi reserva ya completa. Es la primera vez que me pasa con 25 anos viajando por el mundo... Ultima cosa, pisina linda de verdad y la entrada se paga 150 PHI ( 2,50 euro)

I booked for my wife a double bedroom suite with king size beds , several weeks after the booking was made I was notified that the hotel had been changed , no reason for the change was given. once my wife arrived , she had to wait for an Expedia representative to arrive to help her Check in , once in the room it was not king size beds but full size , and the room was riddled with cockroaches will think twice before booking with expedia again and also would recommend you remove this hotel from your web site
