service was 100%, plus its a nice hotel

it is closely situated and an easy walk to a wide variety of shopping malls/food/drinks. in the hotel courtyard area, there is a wonderful cafe shack that does coffee/smoothies/food. rooms are quaint and i found them very nice. beautiful views of makati business district skyscrapers on upper floors. it stands on its own as a good hotel without the notoriety of the "old swiss inn" restaurant (located in the hotel courtyard), which wasnt impressive, no offense.

Great Service and Location

Great services. Help me with lost item. Made sure I was fine for transport to Airport. Hotel is very well located. Great security. Room is spacious, clean and convenient. A place I will return. Only thing to consider, is that the windows need a little clean, and mostly, the TV Cable should offer much more channels, like it is the case with most hotel in the vicinity.

This is an older property in need of updating. I killed 7 cockroaches in the bath rooms and kitchen, I won’t be visiting this hotel again

Overall it was quite disappointing. Getting into the hotel was a challenge. Reception is through a courtyard of banks and downstairs, underground. Check-in was quick, but after there was no staff to help with bags. We lugged our suitcases over to the building and into the elevator ourselves. Once up the room was big, bed was soft and aircon was cold. Bathroom was tiny and cramped though, but water pressure was amazing. The TV had barely any channels to what you'd expect compared with other hotels. The exterior windows really need cleaning as you can't really appreciate the view. The rooms and hotel is very dated and needs a major renovation. I wouldn't call this 4 star.

Hotel is ok. It’s old, elevator is very slow. Rooms are ok, they are very spacious. The balcony is not really a balcony, just a tiny dirty space you can barely stand in. The reception, doormen, security and everyone else we encountered were outstanding. Service is great, Hotel soso.

The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. Although the room we booked has that musty smell of being an old property, it is still in tiptop condition.

8 out of 10 I stayed in the one bedroom executive suite. This room is very nice, clean, and spacious. The only update needed was to change the original windows in the room (from the 1970's), as there was was a 1" gap in the bathroom window where noise and hot air could get in. The Staff are nice and very helpful. The breakfast was the biggest disappointment. It's not a buffet. It is a plated breakfast (2 eggs, cheap meat like spam, and rice). The buffet part consists of melon, coffee, juice, and bread and butter (that is all). I had to supplement my breakfast every day with my own hardboiled eggs.

The staff was amazing. The curtains should be replaced. The one in the bedroom had to either be pushed up while pulling the cable to open them or they wouldnt open at all.
