If you need cleaning service during your stay : 25 US $ or 1,300 pesos per cleaning service to be booked in advance with our Property Manager. Includes Vacuuming of floor, cleaning toilet and bathroom, change of set of bedsheets and pillow cases for both bedrooms.
Use of 2 swimming pool for the guest is 100 person / day. Tuesday to Friday from 7 am to 9 pm.
If you use the Gym, the fees is 56 pesos per day per person
Monthly membership fee is 560 pesos
Parking Fee : 300 for 24 hrs.

Close to the Train or LRT 2 V.Mapa Station.
There are 24 hours convenient stores nearby the Condo and lots ATM bank and ATM machines. In addition there is convenient store outside the Condo which is open in the morning till 11 PM and Across is SM Sta.Mesa / Centerpoint.
Please agree to the following prior to booking with us :
1. Electricity is very costly in the Philippines so please take care, switch off the aircons, lights and unplug the appliances when not in use and before you go out.
2. Guest must NOT leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. The apartment is pest-free and we ask you to help us keep it that way.
3. Dishes must be washed immediately after use in order to maintain cleanliness of the unit
Property Management Office Rules :
3.1. The Tenants agrees to follow the complete association rules and other rules set by the Property Management Office or Developer of the Condominium.
3.2 Smoking is not permitted inside the Property and at the balcony of the Property. There is smoking fine of P 1,000 pesos cash payable at check-out, if cigarettes butts are found inside the Property or at the balcony or if cigarette smoke smelled in the Property.
3.5 Loud music or sounds and other disturbing noises are strictly prohibited in the Property and in the common areas of the condominum.
3.6 Only the Tenants and Occupants who are listed in the Lessee's Information Sheet are allowed to stay in the condominium after 11 pm.
3.9 Wear proper and decent swimming attire when using the swimming pool. Wipe yourself dry with a towel before leaving the swimming pool. Do not walk around with water dripping. Follow the instructions and rules imposed by the security staff or Property Management Office of the Condominium.
