The bathroom is poorly maintained, tile grouts all over like sink and bath tub are full of mold and dark or peeling off. All towels are already too old, white turns dark white due to being too old and over used. I requested for new ones but they keep on giving the the same old ones. One good thing about this location is that it is walking distance to the SM City Mall Fairview. Around the building is a very good walking/hiking areas.

We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to my in-laws’ place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent hotel in the area. It’s also close to SM Fairview and walkable when the weather is nice. The hotel is clean, but don’t expect the same amenities or standards as a larger hotel chain. The bathroom is quite small and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The towels are old and no longer really white, and they don’t provide face towels, so I recommend bringing your own. The hair dryer in our room also wasn’t working, so I had to ask the front desk for another one. When we asked for fresh towels, they could only provide bath towels because their laundry delivery hadn’t arrived yet. Overall, the location was very convenient for us and the hotel was clean. With some improvements to the towels, amenities, and room upkeep, it could be a much better stay.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is okay. The room was comfortable and the AC was strong. The bed was firm and the staff provided extra pillows. The gym was a bit dated, and the treadmill was out of service for my whole visit. Free-weights and other options were available. The massage services were 100% exceptional.

Close to sm Fairview mall Staff are nice, the guards ,kitchen staff, front desk , the helper they are very nice . The only concern everyday we have full of garbage we want to throw right away so the is room is clean but we have to wait longer time to clean just the thrush bin . Hope there a big garbage can in every floor that way in case the guest wanted to throw their thrush they can just put outside and that could save the helper.
