The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. “... weniger als 10 von 10 Sternen zu vergeben, träfe es nicht. Natürlich gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die man bemängeln (oder einfach erdulden) könnte, wie beispielsweise Töpfe aus aller billigstem Alu-Material (das einer solchen Villa unwürdig ist) und seit Jahren nicht gereinigten Tisch-Unterlagen, eklig, (Michel, sorry, diese Kritik muss man annehmen können, ohne zynisch zu werden). Das Haus ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber wunderschön, eine Wohlfühl-Oase in allen (klimatisierten!) Räumen,……

“Wat een heerlijk huis! Alles is aanwezig om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Een zeer complete keuken, badkamers met douches en bad. Goede bedden en airco. Buiten is het helemaal fantastisch. Een prachtig zicht op de bergen en de zee. Een heerlijk zwembad en verschillende zitjes om te loungen of buiten te eten. Voldoende schaduw plekken. De rust en de privacy is heel fijn. Ongeveer 10 minuten fietsen naar het haventje met veel restaurants. ”

Otherwise, it’s a lovely property in a quiet area and close to the beach. The gates around the pool are perfect for stopping little ones getting into trouble. Thanks for a great stay ”

“Nice spacious villa in a quiet location. 30 minute walk to the port of Duquesa and would recommend getting a taxi back if not driving as all uphill. Taxi's only about 7-8 euros. Overall a really enjoyable holiday.”

“We decided to rent this townhouse because of the amount of space it offered. It was beautiful and very clean with everything we needed. But the best part was the absolutely stunning view. You can easily see the Rock of Gibraltar from the back side of the house and we spent a good deal of time sitting on the balconies taking us the view. It is in a great location, close to many points of interests. The owners were very nice and completely responsive.”

“We really enjoyed our long stay in this very large semi detached house on four floors and would come again. It is luxuriously decorated and furnished and equipped with high quality kitchen appliances and equipment and everything you need for a good stay. Beds and sofas and chairs are comfortable with plenty of cushions for the wide range of outdoor furniture. There is a lovely view towards Gibraltar especially from the large roof terrace and the house gets sun all day long. The heating system is……

“The Villa is very well located and tranquil. Great layout and views with a lot of useable out door space. Property in great condition but we arrived to a dirty terrace and an even dirtier terrace table as this was left under a tree full of pigeons. Outdoor space should have been looked at and cleaned up before our arrival. First impression do count especially when you have seen photos of a lovely laid out table and arrive to a find a dirty table. Other than that it was a great holiday stay. Pool……

“The villa is top notch. It’s located on a hill overseeing the Mediterranean Sea and a mountain hill, just slightly apart from a residential area. There’s a separate gate giving access to the villa and three other equally marvelous properties. The villa has plenty of space for 2 families but we were so lucky to not have to share ;-) All of this makes for a nice, luxurious and tranquil stay. Although there is minor wear-and-tear (nothing that cannot be fixed easily and we couldn’t be bothered……
