First time to Manistee and we loved it! The condo was clean and super cute! Enjoyed the view. The close proximity to Manmade lake was a perfect option for a little calmer of a day that allowed for more swimming with the water temp being more bearable then Lake Michigan for our kiddos. Would book with agency in the future for sure!

We got away from GR to Manistee for a weekend...looking at condos as potential “summer places”. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us! We loved the location and layout - it’s completely updated and decorated so cute. We would definitely stay again 😊. We love Manistee and have fallen in love with Harbor Village!

We loved this condo. It is very clean and well stocked with plenty of bedding, towels, etc. The kitchen was adequate for our stay however a blender and a few more mixing bowls would be great. The view from this condo is spectacular from the living room, balcony and bedroom too. Overall this condo is absolutely wonderful. We plan to stay here again!

We stayed during the off-season and took full advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. The facility was super clean and we had the place to ourself most days. With three kids seven and under it was a huge hit. The condo had everything we needed with the exception of a washer and dryer, but we were only staying for five days, so that was just fine with us.

My family and I recently stayed at this property and enjoyed our time there. I was surprised to learn that the Brookharbor residences do not have in-unit laundry - maybe I missed that on the listing - it is not a deal breaker though. The unit is adorable, large enough for a family of four and close to everything. Having grown up in Manistee, Harbor Village is the perfect set up for traveling with kids, visiting the grandparents, and still feeling like your on vacation.

We stayed here because we were eloping.. It rained the entire weekend but it was ok because right outside the building by the pool house was the cutest little gazebo. Also the way the condo was set up was perfect. I got ready upstairs and he got ready downstairs.. there were extra towels that were provided which is always a plus.. it was so clean and relaxing. We would love to come and stay again in the future!!

We visited from SE MI for the week. We were very happy with this condo for our family of four. The space would be perfect for a couple but worked very well for our two girls (5 and 3) using the sleeper sofa and Murphy bed. We absolutely loved the renovations in this property and proximity to the lake and the pool. The community itself is a great find as there aren’t many of these we’ve seen so close to Lake Michigan. Communication with the property Mgmt company was excellent and the condo had everything we needed for the week. We almost cancelled due to COVID concerns, but so glad we made the trip. Overall we had a great family vacation and would definitely return to this community for another visit, and have recommended it to friends and family.

We were very disappointed that the pools were not open. We were told they were open, states no where they were closed. Even key for pool was left in room and instructions for how to use. No towels in room, a gal brought three to us after we had been there for awhile for whole stay and several people using them. cleaned room did not appear to have been cleaned thorough upon arrival. No garbage bags in garbage cans. As soon as arrived also approached by someone living at property was telling us where we could park and where we couldn’t, not very friendly. As there were many spots available for parking. View was great. Would not go there again.

The home when we got there was dirty. The kitchen could use a lot more essentials. The upstairs wasn’t vacuumed and the dishwasher was gross! Locatedtion is good! The manager was fast to respond. Could use some better cleaning and more essentials

Beautiful location! Pools were easy to get to and clean. Short distance from a beautiful beach that wasn’t crowded. Town itself was very quiet. Maybe a little too much for our group but the location had everything you needed any ways.

My husband and I stayed five nights at this property and it was perfect in every way. Pictures accurately reflect the condo and it was spotless! Check in process was seamless and any info you may need was posted on the memo board. Beautiful decor as well. Management company was super to work with!
