"My husband and I stayed at this awesome little cabin for our honeymoon! It was a wonderful getaway after the hectic events of a wedding. Upon arriving, we were pleased to see how clean the "neighborhood" was, and how close the cabin was to the water! The check in process was extremely easy, and the host responded quickly to any questions we had! The interior of the cabin was perfect for 2 people. The living room had a nice reclining couch to enjoy drinks at night and look at the beautiful lake....

"This house was perfect for what we needed. Our family used to have a house on Spider Lake so this was like going home. The rooms are very small and there is not a ton of space, but it was perfect for what we needed at the time. The beds are comfy, but the one bedroom with twin beds is barely moveable - they are end to end with no walking room so it is not good for 2 adults (kids would have no issue). We walked between the home and our friends place with no issues and the stars were beautiful....

"Cute little cabin. It was perfect for what we needed. We we needed a place to stay for a weekend getaway and It was better than staying in a hotel for about the same price. It is nicely updated for a very old cabin. The water is right outside your door. If the weather was not so chilly and rainy we would have definitely tried the fishing. The shore is very shallow but we did see fish hitting the surface, the morning we were leaving. Definitely made us want to do some fishing. It wasn't big...

"My husband fished the chain for 3 days. The location was close to all the boat landings, close to downtown Minocqua and peaceful. The porch over looks the lake, which was nice since I spent alot of time out there studying for a test. We did not park our boat at the dock overnight due to the winds. The neighbor did and had no issues. There are a lot of stairs going down to dock, not a big deal for us but something to be aware of. Will definitely book here again if it is available."

"There is no doubt in my mind that we will be coming back! Been coming up to this area for most of my childhood as we stayed at my uncle's cabin. After he passed we haven't been up to the area in sometime and this allowed those memories to come rushing back and couldn't appreciate that more. Such a cozy place that's private and secluded, went swimming of course. The surrounding areas have so many attractions. Amazing stay, and can't wait to come back!"

"My friends and I have been coming to the Pike Lake chain for 30+ years for our annual Fall fishing trip. This year we were expecting a few more so we needed more space. The cabin fit the bill. Very clean and appropriately decorated for the location. Host was very friendly and helpful with a few fishing tips 😀. It’s great to have a boat launch right on the property."

"My gf and i rented it last minute and were not dissapointed. This beautiful cabin is definitely off the beaten path and away from a lot of anything (15-20 minutes from Manitowish Waters) but has many conveniences of a modern home. We enjoyed the rustic vibe of the cabin from the older decore to the nook full of books. Lots of board games and tons of dvds, older and new-ish. Wish the fire place wasn't off limits, though. "I rented this property for a long weekend of ice fishing and it worked out perfectly. The lake access is excellent. The residence was clean and spacious. It was very fun to be able to bring the dog as well. The owner and the local caretaker were both very communicative and helpful. I would definitely book again."
