Spacious New Townhome! Bright and stylish describe this conveniently located home on Mankato Hilltop. Within minutes, enjoy major Mankato attractions including Mankato State University, Mayo Health Systems, Shopping/Restaurants/Movie theatres, Mount Kato/Skiing, Minneopa State Park and more!

Appreciate neighboring trail(s) and green space at the neighboring park.

Feel pampered while away with abundant upgrades & amenities inside and out! Smart TV's & High speed Wi-Fi included.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Upon arrival, you will enter through the private front entry via a secure passcode that you will receive 1-2 days prior to your stay. Street parking is limited on the immediate access road, so please park vehicles in the driveway only as there is not any access to the attached garage. You will have access to the whole home and private rear patio area.

Hands down the cleanest property I have ever rented. Super convenient location, plenty of space for 5 of us. Nice to be able to sit out back with patio space a bonus. Walking trail right outside patio door also a bonus. Will definitely be back with having a nephew atttending college here!

We were in town for a wedding reception for our niece. It was me, my spouse, three adult sons and dtr-in-law. It was very, clean, modern and spacious. We loved that the living area was downstairs and bedrooms all upstairs. It had all the amenities we needed as we did cook a few meals there. The neighborhood had a park nearby and good walking area. Felt safe and not too far from stores/shops. We would definitely recommend.

Mankato move out & MoonDogs

We stayed for a week in June- moving our son out and going to some Moon Dog games. The place was very well kept, beds were comfy, & host was responsive and great! All in all a great place to stay!

This property was just perfect for us. We were 3 siblings attending a great nieces graduation party. Lots of room and rooms. Everything we needed. A nice quiet neighborhood and easily accessible to where we needed to be. Close to plenty of dining options as well. I would recommend this unit. We will have another graduation in 2 yrs, and hope to book this again. Thank you for a clean, comfortable stay!

Reunion weekend

Comfortable beds, nice linens. Quiet location. Shops nearby. Nice outdoor space. We stayed with college classmates and enjoyed being able to cook meals.
