「The shepherds hut I stayed in for one night was so warm and cosy, it was like staying in a giant wendy house. I would have liked face to face contact with the host, but I guess thats a "sign of the times" Beautiful view of the countryside. 」

「This house is beautiful and full of character. It is comfortable and well laid out. The kitchen was easy to use and the shower was perfect. We loved Amesbury as well - it is a great small town with easy access to Salisbury and the main A303 route. Overal an excellent stay. 」

「Charming cottage, conveniently situated near Stonehenge and other related sites. It was a great base for us to explore the area. The cottage had all we needed to be comfortable - plenty of space, comfortable beds and well equipped. The village has a great pub (The Plume of Feathers). We were there on a Sunday evening when it is usually shut, but the landlord said he would open the kitchen just for us!! The menu was imaginative and the food absolutely excellent so do recommend patronising...
