「We stayed at the house for UMASS graduation. It comfortably fit the family and the place was in good shape. Sparse on the decorations but clean. Locations to UMASS is great but you are on a main road with loud traffic if you're not used to it. House came stocked with amenities and beds were all neat, clean and made when we got there. No complaints and would recommend this home.」

「The location is perfect. Quick access to downtown JP and the T to Boston. Franklin Park was part of our daily activity for a nature walk. Things we look for in VRBOs: comfy beds, clean, good common gathering space. A+ across the board. The seating in the living could use a few more seats since you could have 9 people sleeping in the apartment, but we made use of the giant dining table in the open kitchen and living area. For the 5 of us, it was more than ample! The space is incredibly clean...

「We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy.
