Nice gem

Very clean and updated property within walking distance of anything in the city. The instructions for check in were clear and detailed, made the process easy. Plenty of space. Would recommend choosing this place to stay.

Comfortable apartment near downtown

Close to the central part of Providence, it was easy to visit the various friends and places we had come to see. The apartment was immaculate, and it looked like it had been recently renovated. The shower was wonderful. It had all the amenities listed in the description.

Weekend away

Overall good stay, and very clean with thoughtful touches. We did decide it was meant more for one person traveling as the furniture is on the smaller side, including the bed. Great if you are using the space to crash for the night but not necessarily to hang out. Federal Hill restaurants were all within easy walking distance.

Great location

This property was perfectly located for all things. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Also such an easy walk to downtown and everything the city has to offer. The bedroom does sit along the main road which can make for some street noise during the night, however the property comes with a sound machine that drowns it all out. Also, the apartment is located near the public safety building which means noisy sirens at all times during the day, but it made my wife and I feel safe knowing authorities were so close by. Perfect property if you are looking to park your car and walk everywhere during your stay and feel at home in a cozy, well maintained apartment.

Two night get away.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this condo. It was immaculate and walking distance to everything. Kitchen was well equipped as was the bathroom. We had a problem shortly after checking in with the password for our electronics.. called Jennifer and within a half hour she had a women come and straighten it up. She could have easily said she would figure it out the next day. The living room furniture is not the most comfortable but you can't have everything. 5 star from us. Will definitely rent again

Visiting our son in PVD for the holiday weekend. I wish we had found this place 4 years ago. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed morning coffee on our covered private patio and a game of ping pong on the shared patio. Bed was comfy. Will def be back!

Lovely Place

Very clean and unique space. Nicely decorated and comfy. The only downside is how close it is to the street and sounds like the cars may go through the living room
