「As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad). The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down. You have to wait a...

「Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price.」

「The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. 」

「The place was clean and a nice apartment. We stayed only 1 night. Yes, there is traffic and you will hear it all night long, but it is what it is (if owner lists this, would you rent it?) The beds, for us, were so uncomfortable...too soft. But that's a personal preference. The ceiling fan made an intermittent noise that kept waking me. The towels were rough and felt like they were washed without softener. As others noted, there weren't enough towels and wash cloths for the number of guests...

「The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable! There are window AC units in each bedroom (there was not a portable unit as described in the listing) and those helped cool the apartment off very well. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied and the one bed wasn't made but those are very minor. The steps to the unit are challenging. But everything is state of the art and very modern, just perfect. We had a great stay!」

「Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance...

「This was a very clean property from the floors to the kitchen to the linens. It comfortably fit our family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The apartment is located on the third floor so we ended up just brining up essentials and not our suitcases. Communication was fantastic - sending all the info well before check-in. There is coin laundry in the basement. The parking is also wonderful and easy to access.」

「Close to shopping, good space, wifi etc. Found kitchen a little awkward and not super well equipped for long term stay. Kudos to Kayla for helping us quickly resolve a problem not of her making.」
