Estimado cliente, de parte de nosotros ha sido un gusto servirles a pesar que no lo cobramos por perder la llave de la habitación, nunca nos devolvió. Este es un Hostal pequeño, pero usted nos hizo entender que que esperaba ver un hotel grande, de categoría superior. Lo recomiendo pagar una tarifa alta y busque un hotel 5 estrellas, en la ciudad hay muchos.

Staff was intimidating scary. Made me feel awkward and unwelcome. Room was in bad condition as was the rest of the hotel. In disrepair. Located in a bad area with no safe parking. There were no toiletries or water. However they did provide them when requested and "the man in charge " arrived. The room was way over priced. It was $60 per night. I stayed in much much nicer places for $25 per night. Evidently I was wrong for assuming Expedia had some standards regarding hotels they list.

Manta stay
Hotel was basic. Somewhat run down. Our room was large and accommodated us- we were a group of 7. I believe it was overpriced for the amenities available and for the type of room. Pool was being serviced and unavailable.

Las condiciones en infraestructura no son las mejores, pero la zona y ubicacion lo valen. Se supone q incluia desayuno pero no me dieron informacion al respecto al momento del check in. Para ser zona tranquila bien, pero se escucha mucho la bulla del mismo hostal adentro.

Die Zimmer sind ungepflegt. Klima Anlage hat den ganzem Zeit Wasser getropft. Das Zimmer wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Personal sehr zurückgehalten

I like the area very peaceful, clean. Around the area was hard to find restaurants. The beach was clean and beautiful. Near to the hotel you can find a big Mall.

Dear customers, Thank you for choosing Goldenmar Hostal. It is pleasant to have a strategically Well located hotel near the sea and the main Mall of the city. We are surrounded by restaurantes, however, thre is no noise. We Will always be attentive to provide you with the best service.
