"The Hotel is ok. Our shower was the best part of our room. To be honest, the hotel is great for one major reason … The location and convenience to Tabitha’s downtown town life without being too close. Plus the bakery around the corner was the perfect start to our afternoon walks. We won’t stay there again … it’s a one time kind of stay. If it wasn’t for the all you can eat breakfast buffet it would be a total waste … just get there first thing before it gets congested with hungry, rude patrons. Luis and his team showed consistent, high level customer service."

"Lovely hotel, all staff were really nice and helpful. The outdoor pool is a good size and well maintained . Room was a decent size too. The only small frustration was the hand soap was shower gel and there’s no milk in the room, but you can get a small jar od milk from the bar. Location is a flat short walk (approx 15-20mins) to bars and restaurants in the village. There’s a good selection on offer for breakfast (we only had B&B) and the staff did excellent job of keeping it all replenished. The hotel offers a free boat transfer service to the beach, which leaves from a location about 5 walk from the hotel. You do get your feet wet getting on and off the boat and sometimes it’s up to knee height, so best to wear shoes that can get wet or be removed easily. Various free activities on offer for health and wellbeing. Special mention to the Activities Team who were all fantastic, enthusiastic and made the holiday more enjoyable. Took part in the water zumba a couple of times, but watching it was just as fun. Would also recommend the paddle surf and no experience is needed! Evening entertainment was varied and music went off at 23:00hrs so didn’t disturb us and we were right on top of it. The main town of Tavira is about 6km away. There is a bus or train but these options are a good 30min walk, so a taxi is easiest option, but it’s well worth the visit. What we really liked was there were lots of older Portuguese guests, which made a nice change to stays we’ve had"

"Lovely stay, I’m just not sure I would stay again due to how big and easy to get lost it is, and far away from reception, but that’s just me, everything else fab! Staff do help with dropping you to the door with bags too and all staff were friendly and helpful, I loved the aqua Zumba too, the room wasn’t really set up in a practical way but easy enough to move the beds together and for a side table, nice balcony lovely view and the beach near by is so nice!! You can either enjoy a nice stroll along the tracks or take the free train. Thanks so much!"

"The basic rooms at the hotel are pretty rundown. If you want to enjoy your stay go for a family room with a €25 additional charge per night. The parking is €20 per night but unless you have an electric but unless you have an electric car, it’s a nightmare to park in there, especially you come with a large car. The breakfast choice is okay but not superb.They don’t have room service, you can call the restaurant and they may send you something, but it’s up to them. I hated the toilet paper because is the supercheap recycled type. I also hated the fact that you are given a beach towel every two days, it should be daily. I have to say that the hotel is more a three star hotel than a four."
