    Great house in Manuel Antonio

    The house was beautiful inside and out. Each bedroom was unique and had great views. The back patio was a great place to relax as well as the hammocks on the side. The birds and monkeys were fun to watch. The driveway is very steep going down to the house but we found parking across the street.

    Good location & great view but…

    We had issues with the AC. Many of the rentals in Quepos have daily on site house managers and care takers. This one does not.

    No living area Air Conditioning. House was generally hot. Upstairs bedrooms did not cool down with mini split to comfortable temperature. Internet in bedrooms upstairs which we considered the masters does not work. Water pressure low in upstairs bedroom when downstairs shower running. Upstairs bedrooms open air with screen not able to close off. For children there are many stairs cases and high platforms inside the house without hand/guard rails. Also outside porches could be dangerous for children with less than adequate guard rails. Poor water pressure if 2 showers running. In general the upstairs bedrooms could be difficult to get to for some adults.
