「The stay was fine, but I never got a response from the host prior to arrival and then when I arrive they didn't have me registered. I almost had to go to another hotel, but I got a friend to call the hosts phone number and they finally resolved the miscommunication. Very stressful」

「When we arrived, the pillows in the room were dirty, and there was no hair dryer for my wife. I called the manager, and they changed them. They don't change towels or make the bed—nothing like that during your stay. If you have a movie app, you're fine; otherwise, there are no local channels to watch.」

「It was verte clear. Love it. Could have variety at breakfast but good. Staff were polite. Excellent security. The pool is warm at all time. Highly recommend it. Love it. It has everythingin the suite. Restaurants are very good.」
