「This was a fantastic place to stay! Built in 1959, the hotel has tons of character and didn't feel corporate. We really appreciated the friendly staff and owner. My wife also really enjoyed the spa. Thank you for a great stay! This is truly a hidden gem!」

「Cuando llegamos al hotel , en vez de darnos la habitación que habíamos reservado nos dieron a elegir entre dos de categoría inferior. Nos quejamos y al final nos dijeron que había un problema con el agua caliente en la que habíamos reservado y por eso nos ofrecían una habitación inferior, sin embargo no nos hacían ningún descuento en el precio. Nos quedamos en la que realmente habíamos reservado y el agua caliente funcionó los 9 días que pasamos allí ; sin embargo la taza del baño estaba rota y...

「Patumu Hotel is well-located near the entrance to Ngorongoro Crater National Park. The hotel is simple with clean rooms and comfortable beds, but a bit dimly lit. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful in directing me to local services. There was ample parking and a restaurant.」

「lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough.」
