「The description did not match what was provided. It says it has 2 bathroom but they where only half bathrooms. One had a toilet. The other one just had a sink and a hot tub. Access was also very difficult. Steps were uneven and unstable. Rented for 2 nights but only stayed one night Do not recommend」

「The house was very clean. A short walk to a couple of bus stops and maybe 10 minutes from Nagano station. The house is very well appointed, expansive views of the city. There’s a veranda on the first floor. There are a couple of blue tooth speakers that can be linked up with. Great instructions from the host, with nice touches such as coffee and creamer.」

"The staff were lovely, and the room was huge and absolutely gorgeous! I wasn’t expecting a hot spring inn to have a private sauna right in our room. If the food portions had been a bit bigger, it would’ve been perfect."
