「Over all, the property was unclean and not sanitary (there were old bars of soap left in the shower, and dishes left on the cupboards, not to mention half eaten tacos and food still left in the fridge...)The biggest problem though is that there is actually 3 rooms in the house, you have access to only 2 of them, and the third room is left locked and unexplained.
