“A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!”

“Very friendly owners, we were pleased they turned on the heating since it was cold in the night time. Cosy house with nice furniture, great room with an open fire place which we used every night and there was enough space to be able to sit around it with all of us. We were 2 familys with 9 people all together. Would definitely recommend!”

“Spacious 3Br, 2 bath apartment, with adequate dining options and convenient to the port. The property manager was always available via text and very helpful. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and with the apartment was unoccupied from the night before, we were able to access it early for a nominal fee. ”

Bus routes are a little complicated and don’t be fooled by Google maps as walking trails are not as accessible as they think but this is not a reflection of the villa or surroundings. ”
