“Es un resort amplio, recomiendo la zona Prestige Suites antes que el resort normal. Conexión directa con la playa, habitación muy amplia, mini cocina, dos baños, cama muy comoda, buenas vistas y personal de 10!”

“Hôtel magnifique, très bien placé dans le centre, le décor, l’ameublement très cosy, invite à rester lire ou prendre un café dans un des salons, assis confortablement dans un des nombreux canapés ou fauteuils, comme à la maison. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, le personnel est aux petits soins, le restaurant est excellent, le jardin et la petite piscine, sont très appréciables après avoir parcouru les rues de Mahon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à……

“Par où commencer, concernant l’hôtel pour ma part il ne vos absolument pas 4*, les chambre sont pas aussi belle que sur les photos, les murs cassés, salle de bain très petite,draps sale. l’hôtel est beau de l’extérieur et dans le hall mais c’est tout, les odeurs désagréables. Pour parler du buffet , par contre très t’es bon avec du choix donc sur ça rien à dire. Et pour le personnel, ont tient à remercier samantha,et d’autres personnes qu’on a pas pu prendre le prenom qui accueil toujours avec……

“Nous avons beaucoup aimé la grande chambre et le calme de l’établissement. Les installations sont un peu désuètes et ne correspondent plus aux exigences d’un hôtel moderne et aux prix pratiqués. Le service n’était pas à la hauteur, notamment au restaurant où il fallait beaucoup attendre.”

“booked at stay as I had a late flight out of Menorca, the hotel is perfectly adequate, but at least 30min walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. I found it strange there is minimal staff on site and all correspondence is done by what's app giving entry codes to the front door and room door. No lounge area available only a few tables and chairs and a microwave. with no catering facilities coffee and tea making in the room (or at least a station in reception ) would be nice. the swimming pool……
