A Gem on The Siuslaw

Welcome to our beautiful riverfront farm house, which overlooks the Siuslaw river and our private marina. Here, you'll be surrounded by coastal mountains and wildlife. The apartment is finished with tongue and groove knotty pine interior walls alongside a modern kitchen and bath. This is an ideal spot for fishing and nearby hiking, as well as the perfect spot for day trips to the beach (15 minutes to Florence) or just a spot to have quality time without the buffeting winds and fog of the coast.

A king and queen-sized bed await you in the expansive bedroom, plus a pull-out queen size sofa bed in the living room. Your bathroom features a heated towel rack and tiled double rain shower heads. The kitchen is loaded with cooking essentials.

The apartment is on the second floor with a separate entrance accessed by stairs. The first floor is our RV Park office. The deck overlooks the Siuslaw river. It is a wonderful space for enjoying the sights and sounds of the river while you sip your favorite beverage. An outdoor BBQ grill and patio furniture are in place and awaiting you.

Guest foot traffic access into our secured marina is available between sunrise and 10 pm. There is limited bandwidth WIFI and standard cable TV in the apartment. This is the perfect place to make memories with your family, host a couples retreat or to enjoy it as a simple getaway from the fast pace of the city.

The apartment is all yours. You will have your own private entrance to the stairs leading into this expansive space. The farmhouse is within an RV park and campground, so all the green space/river access is shared with the park and campground residents. You may park up to 2 cars in the designated area in front of the park office. Electric cars requiring AC power access must talk to the Park office to make arrangements for charging vehicle while parked here.
