「Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.」

「Hotel was nice overall. Took a long time to check-in bc the people in front of us reserved a room for the wrong night & staff took a long time getting that corrected. Also, our room (#101) was very loud bc there was a side door to the outdoors that was very loud when closed and their were lots of guests coming in & out of that loud door late night & early morning. Sounded like someone was opening & shutting our door all the time. Also hot tub was out of order.」

「The property was very clean. Our room had a trundle couch which was especially helpful since we were a group of 5. Breakfast was definitely one of the better continental breakfasts I have had, as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to other guests.」

「Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.」

「They don't have enough staff on busy weekends (Marathon Weekend) and only have one person at the front desk for check ins or if you have an issue with your room in the evenings. The complimentary breakfast was not very good and poor quality. TVs in the rooms go dim while watching a show or movie so you are not able to see anything. Also,there is a weird smell throughout the building like a musty smell or an old vacuum smell.」

「Clean room, great breakfast. Opened up early so those of us running in the Faro Marathon could eat. Even provided water. Easy parking with quick access to the highway, mall, and lots of places to eat. Stay here every year.」

「The rooms were large and spacious. Well appointed and very clean. Great set up in a fun location with the market vibe on the ground level. Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues. I’d definitely stay again.」

「Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.」

「Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired. The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We come to Fargo often to visit family and will stay with you again if you refresh your rooms. Four days in a dark smelly room is not acceptable. Thank you for your...
