“This property is ok. The maintenance and cleanliness are just ok as well, you can tell the property is “pet friendly” (which I had missed when I made the reservation.)It was big enough for our group so that was a plus. Communication with the host was slow to nonresponsive and disappointing. But the automatic messages on how to enter and how to leave the property came through on time and made those parts easy.”

“The unit was perfect for the two of us. The bed slept great. It was very small but we only needed one night and the size and price was perfect. The exterior backyard was unkept. But when we got inside it was just fine. No issues at all. Does have washer and dryer and nice big bathroom. Only complaint was the toilet is very short. We are both tall and for us it seemed like a toilet for a small child.”

“This is an astonishingly nice place. The property description doesn’t do it justice. I’ve never seen a VRBO so well equipped and stocked. The Mountain View is breathtaking especially at sunrise and sunset. The beds and bedding were good quality. The decor was modern and the furnishings were comfortable. The huge “swimming” spa was a real hit and it had a Mountain View. The two fire pits were a nice extra comfort. I’ll for sure come and again. Lastly, Melanie is a thoughtful and prompt……

“The house was lovely - clean, easy to enter, and contained slightly more than the minimum necessary to be considered equipped as a vacation property. There were books, and games. There wasn't an assortment of dishwares, pots, etc., kitchen had a basic stove, and didn't contain any specialty appliances like chopper or beater - so it's not a big food prep kitchen, but we had no issues with anything. There was a slight cat odor smell when we entered, but once we were in the house, but it went away……

“Our stay was very comfortable. The place was decorated nice and the beds were comfortable. The fireplace gave a nice ambience. The air conditioner when needed worked well. We use the kitchen for most meals and it was set up well. It is walking distance to Smith's grocery store, the convention center, and downtown Provo. Very convenient location. Will stay again.”

“This house was perfect for our needs, we stayed an extended period of time and were very comfortable with plenty of space. Our favorite spot was the backyard with the views, the swing-set and the plush grass. The location was super close to the freeway, which made it easy to quickly get to all the places we wanted to go. We would definitely stay here again.”
