「Very clean and nicely appointed. Large living space. If you don't mind big trucks and traffic driving by all day, then this is the place for you.」

「This is a brand new contemporary property that is very tastefully decorated. There’s a great garage downstairs to park in with ample room. One excellent thing for us is that it has a very well appointed kitchen with high end appliances. The hob is induction and the dishwasher actually gets the dishes very clean. There’s even a large wine fridge. The property is fairly easy walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars in downtown Nelson. When next innNelson I would definitely rent this...

「Location, cleanliness, comfort were excellent. Encountered a slight problem ith the refrigerator not working. Called property manager tohave them look at it, but never heard back from them. Fixed the problem ourselves.」
