The hotel is overall very nice. It has a good location, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness. At first sight the room looked clean, but there were hairs on the decorative pillows and on the mats. The swimming pool was also not clean, which was disappointing because we wanted to swim but decided not to because of this.

Really loud music as I checked in from the restaurant/ bar upstairs despite only two guys sitting outside on the balcony (where they couldn't hear the music) and the wait staff present. Asked them to turn it down - they didn't. Ordered a taxi to the airport but the driver was unable to make it, so the manager took me instead (A+ service)
