「Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. The apartment is reached by a lift which takes you to the third floor then one flight of steep stairs up tp the fourth floor. Wifi was good as it was good to have to TVs. 「The apartment is small but charming. Very close to everything in Modena. We were out most of the time so it suited us. No kettle. About 40 steps up to apartment so maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Great communication with the host」

We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. 「We had such a great time on our first stay at Casa di Lory in 2023 that we repeated it in 2024! It was the first time(in over 30 years of short stay rentals in Western Europe) that we did that and we are glad that we did. Mauro and Lory continue to be amazing hosts (see all the "10" ratings and positive reviews from other renters) and the location is excellent for both train rides to neighboring cities and explorations into the countryside (see the comments of other renters). We recommend it...

「It’s in a small town which is very quiet but it’s easy to catch a train to bologna or make day trips to Moderna or surrounding towns/villages. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and we were nicely welcomed with home made wine and jam. 」
