We’re so happy to host you! To help us keep the home comfortable and enjoyable for everyone, please take a moment to review our house rules:

🐾 Pets – We welcome pets under 30 lbs. Please note that if there is excess shedding, an additional $35 cleaning fee may apply.

👥 Guests – The home accommodates up to 7 guests. Please no additional visitors. (Extra guests are $40 per person, per night.)

⏰ Checkout – Standard checkout is by 10 AM. Late checkout past 12 PM may incur a fee of up to one night’s stay.

🚭 No Smoking – This is a smoke-free home. A $300 fee applies for violations.

🎉 No Parties or Events – To keep things peaceful for our neighbors and future guests, we kindly ask that you do not host parties or events. If this rule is violated, a $300 additional cleaning fee will apply.

🗑️ Garbage – Please dispose of all trash before departure. A $25 fee applies if garbage is left behind.

🍽️ Dishes – Kindly wash any used dishes before checkout, or you can load any used dishes into the dishwasher and start it before checking out

🛠️ Damages – Please report any damages within 2 hours of check-in so we can address them right away.

💡 Energy & Security – When leaving, please turn off lights, electronics, and lock the front door. Adjust the A/C to 76°.

📺 Smart TV – Remember to log out of any personal accounts when you check out.

🚗 Parking – Parking is only allowed in designated areas. No street parking, please.
