1/5 - Terrible
The staff were nice, but we had terrible sleep due to issues mentioned. For that reason we can't give a positive rating to them.

The whole hotel was spotless, the gym and swimming facilities where excellent. The staff was so helpful and we would highly recommend

Lovely staff. Brilliant breakfast with a view. Room was just right and a decent gym and steam room. I’ll be back.

Didn't go into Kendal itself. We went for a meal in the evening but did not explore the area.
We walked from the hotel into town which is just one straight road and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of different shops cafes and restaurants. There is definitely every shop you need. Loved it
